Some odd behavior I've noticed is if I restart my computer and start service center upon logging in, service center cycles through all of the plugins and it only crashes once the service center gets to the "logging in." status. Running as administrator, changing compatibility, etc.

Disabling all firewalls and security programs (I only have the one that comes with Windows).

This may work if I can somehow disable service center from updating itself. This all happened quicker than the blink of an eye. When I did this, it simply updated the app right away upon opening and then the updated version opened itself and service center crashed.
